Spice mixtures and instant soups

The problem to be solved is mixing the fragile products without destroying the sensitive spices and at the same time coating them with melting fat. The batch mixers HTC bring the product into a mechanically induced movement and produce within shortest time a homogeneous mixture, cavity-free.

Bread mixes and baking ingredients

By implementing special elements and additionally installed choppers, the basic substances flour and water plus different ingredients are mixed within shortest time at high viscosity and without built of any clots. Depending on the specification, throughputs can be driven between 1 t and 250 t.

Cereals mixes

Cereals mixes are made from cereal flakes, corn flakes, extrudates and dried fruits, which are extremely fragile products. Simultaneously to the mixing process a solution is sprayed on this composition. This process happens in an absolutely cavity-free mixture while an accuracy of the mixed proportions of 1 : 100 000 is achieved.
