Our plants are designed according to the process conditions of our customers. We offer our mixers and dryers in various configurations with a large range of accessories, in order to meet the diverse requirements of the industry.

Single helix, double helix

Sometimes high rotational speeds are desired, other times they are damaging. The agitator and the working speed of the AVA mixers and dryers are adapted to the specific characteristics of the products to be processed.

Heated helix

The heat transfer achieved by a heated helix is several times higher that that of a heated conical wall. The relatively small additional heating area of a heated helix leads to significantly shorter drying times.

Centre tube

The centre tube mixer is suitable for mixing and homogenisation of easily flowing powders, for example, iron and other metal powders.

Evaporator

A helix in the form of a tube nest can be used in order to achieve high evaporation performance for liquid products.

Lifting column

A lifting column can be used either to move the entire device, to lift the cover with agitator or to lower the mixing container. The lifting column also facilitates filling and emptying in tight spaces.

Vapour filter

Gas containers either outside or integrated into the filter housing, with filter hoses, metal or fabric filter cartridges

Maintenance-free AVA multiple lip washer seals, mechanical seals

Choppers

For breaking up agglomerates, integrated into the conical container

Discharge valves

Spherical segment valves, flat slide valves in various designs
